Dr. Joaquin Vieira will present the talk, “The Birth of the Universe: Studying the Epoch of Inflation with the Cosmic Microwave Background," as part of the Astronomy Department Colloquium Series. The colloquium will be held this Thursday, Nov. 5 from 12:45 to 1:45 in Room 217 of the Bryant Space Science Building. Refreshments will follow the talk in the Astronomy Department lounge in Bryant Room 311.
