Volunteer set-up begins at 4:30 pm. If setting up a telescope, please arrive by 5:15 pm. Event begins at 5:30 pm.

Additional driving/set-up instructions will be provided when you register for this event.

ATTENTION AAC MEMBERS: Due to new school security protocols, all school event volunteers must be approved by the AAC's School Liaison or the School Volunteer Program Specialist with at least 2 weeks advanced notice of an event (you need only be approved once). Approved volunteers must then register for each school event with at least 24 hours notice. If you are uncertain if you can attend, please register anyway, and then advise the school liaison accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
